Unscrew the plunger from the injector barrel.

Clean the injector barrel with the included cleaning brush (or put the stainless steel parts into the dishwasher).

Clean the needle with the included cleaning brush (or put the stainless steel parts into the dishwasher).

Let dry completely and store in the EVA custom-fitted box.

1. Select the needy needle according to your marinade.
2. Spin to install the needle into the injector barrel.
3. Draw the marinade in the injector barrel through the holes of the needle l by pulling the plunger outwards.
4. Inject the marinade into the meat at several spaced points until the meat is evenly-marinaded.
