Return & Refund Policy
Razorri wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, and need to return your items, we’re here to help.
Standard Returns Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from razorri.com:
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from razorri.com can be returned to Razorri. Razorri products purchased through other channels must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the appliance you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- We assume no responsibility for the return shipping charges.
What Items You Can Return
- Unsatisfying item received
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in original package for a full refund (except shipping fee). Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Wrong item received
If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please Contact Razorri with photos or videos.
If you'd like to keep it, we will offer you a 10% discount for it, and send you the replacement product.
- Defective item received
If you received a defective item, you can send it back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s).
How To Return An Item
Contact Razorri for the return address before sending back any items. We will help you to choose the best carrier.
When A Replacement Will Be Sent
The replacement will be sent once we receive and inspect the return. Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders -- they leave our warehouses within 2 business days. We will send you email to notify you the tracking information.
How Long To Get A Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you’ve not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
