Recipe 1: Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 500g all-purpose flour 

  • 250g whole wheat flour

  • 15g active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)

  • 350ml warm water

  • 30g honey or sugar

  • 10g salt

  • 30g olive oil or vegetable oil

  • 150g mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.), chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread Maker: Pour warm water, oil, and honey (or sugar) into the bread maker pan.

  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt.

  3. Add Yeast: Sprinkle the yeast on top of the dry ingredients.

  4. Add Nuts: Place the chopped nuts into the Dispenser Box.

  5. Select Settings & Start: Press the MENU button to choose the Basic or Whole Wheat program. Select 750g using the WEIGHT button and adjust the crust shade as desired. Press Start to begin the process.

  6. Cool & Serve: Once baking is complete, carefully remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
