Warranties

1.    How are warranties handled?

All purchases through www.razorri.com are applicable for a THREE-year warranty. We do not handle any warranties outside of www.razorri.com. You will need to contact the original store or seller whom you purchased through.
    

Payments

1.    What forms of payment do you accept?

Razorri.com currently uses authorize.net for all purchases. All forms of credit or debit cards should process through this authorized site. If you use another site to process your payment, we will be unable to verify the purchase. You will receive a verification email with your order number shortly after the purchase. Feel free to Contact Us with any further questions.

2.    Why don't I receive an order confirmation email after my payment is completed?

Please contact support@razorri.com if you do not receive an email with your order number shortly after your submitted purchase.

    

Shipping

1.    Where can you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. If you are interested in shipping to anywhere else, please email support@razorri.com.

2.     How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order?

Contact support@razorri.com immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order.

3.    Why am I unable to track my order?

It can sometimes take 24-48 hours or so for tracking information to update once an order has shipped from our warehouse.
