Vegetable Chowder

Vegetable Chowder Recipe


1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups vegetable broth


1. Sauté onion and pepper in heated butter until soft.
2. Place all ingredients into the Razorri heated blender. Press the "Soup" button, blend until the vegetables are soft.
3. Pour out into a bowl for serving.
