4 cups fresh spinach
1 tbsp. diced onion
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 black pepper powder
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 cup vegetable broth
Instructions1. Sauté onion and garlic in heated olive oil until soft.
2. Place all ingredients into the Razorri heated blender. Press the Soup mode button, blend until the soup is smooth and warm.
3. Pour out into a bowl for serving.
