- 2 cups roasted red peppers
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup basil leaves, freshly chopped
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1. Put all ingredients into the Razorri heated blender.
2. Press the Soup mode button, blend until the soup is creamy and warm.
3. Let it cool in a bowl before serving.
