Homemade Squid Ink Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 100ml squid ink
  • Your favorite pasta topping

Instructions

  1. Put the flour into the pasta maker, select the pasta disc you want, and press start.
  2. Mix the egg and the squid ink, gently pour in the mixture through the lid. Wait for the pasta to be extruded.
  3. Cook the fresh pasta in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Turn off the fire and cover the pot for 5 minutes.
  4. Fish out the pasta and serve with your favorite pasta topping.
