Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries (Loaded with antioxidants)
  • 1 handful of spinach (Rich in magnesium and iron)
  • 6 tablespoons of hemp seeds (20g of protein)
  • 4 tablespoons of flax meal (Good source of omega 3 fatty acids)
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric (Anti-inflammatory)
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • Top with chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into the Razorri blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
