Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries (Loaded with antioxidants)
- 1 handful of spinach (Rich in magnesium and iron)
- 6 tablespoons of hemp seeds (20g of protein)
- 4 tablespoons of flax meal (Good source of omega 3 fatty acids)
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric (Anti-inflammatory)
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
- Top with chia seeds
- Put all ingredients into the Razorri blender and blend thoroughly.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
