Creamy Avocado Soup Recipe


2 ripe avocados
1 fresh lime
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup coriander
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste


1. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl; then, squeeze in lime juice.
2. Place all ingredients into the Razorri heated blender. Press the "Blend" button, blend until completely smooth.
3. After the blender returns to standby mode, press the "Warming" button to warm up the soup. When it starts running intermittently to blend the soup, let it run for 5-10 minutes and then turn off the blender.
4. Pour out into a bowl for serving.


1. Don't overheat the soup, or the color of the soup will turn dark.
2. If you want to serve it cold, just skip the warming step.
