Butterbeer Recipe


  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/2 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 24 oz cream soda
  • 6 oz butterscotch syrup or topping
  • whipped cream for topping


  1. Put ice cubes, ice cream, cream soda, and butterscotch into Razorri blender.
  2. Blend thoroughly until it is smooth and combined
  3. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch.
