  • 😋Premium Shading Effect: High-grade ceramic enamel material, strong shading, effectively blocking UV and other light, prevents deterioration and helps the fermentation effect better than other glass crock.
  • 😋Safe Coating: The inner layer does not contain lead or glaze, which is conducive to fermentation and food safe. The crock is like a small cellar, which is not easy to oxidize and is more conducive to food fermentation and long-term storage. Even if marinated for a long time, the vegetables can still be kept fresh.
  • 😋Traditional Water Sealed: The lid design of the water seal tank can not only discharge the gas generated during fermentation in time, avoid oxidation and bad smell, but also isolate the outside air from entering.
  • 😋Ceramic Glazed Weights: The weights could help to keep your fermenting food submerged. When fermenting the foods, using it to make the vegetables are completely immersed in salt water to prevent the vegetables on the surface of the water from being oxidized or deteriorated in contact with the air.
  • 😋Easy to Clean: Smooth and wide crock mouth design, helps to put and take food easily, also protects hands from injury due to unsmooth edges, keeps the crock clean and no food residue remains.

Razorri Comodo Ceramic Fermentation Crock - 2 Liter

Traditional Water-Sealed Jar with Glazed Weights

Razorri fermentation crock is traditional water sealed design and is easy to make delicious kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, fruits, or other pickles easily.

Tips Before Use

  • Soak the crock in salt water for 2 hours to remove any lingering soil smell leftover from the manufacturing process. Let dry completely before storage.
  • Wash your utensils, chopsticks, or hands before grabbing something out of the jar.
  • Do not place oil inside the jar. Or this may influence your food taste.

  • Kimchi

A staple in Korean cuisine, is a traditional side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish, made with a widely varying selection of seasonings.

  • Kombucha

A fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened black or green tea drink commonly consumed for its supposed health benefits.

  • Pickled Cucumber

Cucumber that has been pickled in a brine, vinegar, or other solution and left to ferment for a period of time, by either immersing the cucumbers in an acidic solution or through souring by lacto-fermentation.

  • Sauerkraut

It has a long shelf life and a distinctive sour flavor, both of which result from the lactic acid formed when the bacteria ferment the sugars in the cabbage leaves.

  • Step 1:

Prepare your ingredients by washing and placing your ingredients into the crock.

  • Step 2:

Use the glazed ceramic weights to keep your ingredients submerged. Add your brine to fully submerge the ingredients and weights.

  • Step 3:

Fill the water groove along the top of the crock with brine or filtered water. Check every few days to ensure that there is still liquid in the groove.
